Create a New Patient account and be sure to select your doctor so they can see your diary.
Create a new Botox Date
Record an Entry for the Botox Date in the diary.
Thereafter, Sign In and record a new Entry for each date in the diary.
Use the List page to see all the entries for the Botox date.
After at least two entries, use the Graph page to see all the entries plotted on a graph.
Use the Settings page to change any account info.
In the Settings page, use the Manage Doctors operation to select your Doctor to give permission to see your diary.

Create a New Doctor account
Remind patients to select you as their doctor so you have access to their diaries.
Ask each patient what their User ID is so you know whose symptoms you are seeing.
Select Patients to view available patient diaries.
Use the Doctor Settings page to change any account info.
Use the Staff Settings page to change Staff account info.
